TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The person booking the service for a particular session will sign the contract. The following will be included in the contract. Date of event, Location of event, Time of event and also the number of persons that will need makeup/hair services. All deposits must be paid at the time of contract signing to guarantee reservation of date. Due to possibility of schedule conflicts additional persons added after contact signing will be subjected to additional cost if changes are not made Five months before the booked date. If in any case the # of services that was agreed upon needs to be changed it is your own responsibility to fill in these spot/s as an agreement to the contract We are not responsible for last min changes. To secure a date, a signed contract is required followed with a 50% deposit at the time of signing. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE PAID IN FULL ONE WEEK BEFORE THE WEDDING OR WILL RESULT IN A NO SHOW. Early start before 8am will be subjected to a charge of $85.
Prices may be adjusted to all packages if changes are made in the agreement contract.
Whole day service package
Whole day package is based on a 8 hour day. One 30min lunch break is required and two 15 min breaks. A $200 fee will apply per hour after 8 hours. Clients take full responsibility for lateness and other factors that might effect time of productivity. Early starts before 8am will require a $85 fee.
Large parties that need additional makeup/hair artists will be subjected to a fee for $85 extra per artist. Party of 3+ or more will need extra assistants.
Service Location Requirements/ Timing
Location of the service for the day of event will be at the discretion of the client. The makeup/Hair artists will need a table/work area at location of wedding followed by a well-lit area with sufficient lighting by lamps or natural light. All schedules must be confirmed 5 months in advance. This is so we can move forward and book other clients if the opportunity arises. This is to respect our artists and other jobs they may have.
No extra travel charges within 15km of the studio. Further distances are subjected to extra charges; please inquire about your location. Parking Fees apply if applicable. Locations more than 2 hours away may need to have accommodations provided. Each km is $1
All makeup products and brushes are kept sanitary and are sanitized after each use. Makeup Products are all hypoallergenic and professional grade. We only use the best of the business. If clients have any skin conditions this will need to be reported to the makeup artist during the trial period.
Airfare and Accommodations
Client pays costs for travel to booked destination event. Costs may include: Airfare, hotel, transportation, parking and all taxes.
All deposits paid by the client will be refunded if contract is cancelled within 7 Hours of contract signing. If for any reason the makeup/hair artist cancels at anytime 100% of the deposit paid will be refunded by check or EMT. AGLOW BY JOAN will find replacement for any services that can not be fulfilled by the AGLOW BY JOAN TEAM. Cancellations from the client are not refundable or Transferable.
Aglowbyjoan shall not be liable for any failure of delay in the performance of this agreement for the period that such failure or delay is beyond the reasonable control of a party, acts of god or materially affects the performance of any of its obligations under this agreement.
Missed Trial dates will be subjected to a $75 fee upon re-booking. We value the time of our clients. Please value Ours.
Note: travels fees are per location, each bridal party must be the size of 3 or more or additional charges may apply. Prices may change is the size of party changes.
